** THE SPACIOUS KITCHEN/DINING AREA **
Steps away from the living area, prep and cook your most delicious recipes in the fully equipped and well-lit kitchen with all the major stainless-steel appliances – refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave – plus toaster, blender, coffeemaker, and electric tea kettle. You’ll have plenty of counter-space for crafting meals, including an island, which also serves as a breakfast bar or spot to grab a snack. You’ll find all the cookware, bakeware, dish-ware, glassware, serving-ware, flatware, and utensils to serve the group. Grab your morning hot beverage at the coffee/tea station with everything you need. Dine at the farmhouse-style table for 8, with additional seating available at the kitchen island. On the first floor, you’ll find spacious Bedroom1 with Queen bed overlooking the pool. You can step right out to pool patio through slider doors. For any remote work needs, or just to check email or browse the Internet, a dedicated workspace with desk and comfy chair is at your service, supported by super-fast Wi-Fi (750 mbps). You will also find a 43" Samsung flat screen TV where you can log on with your account and watch your favorite shows. You’ll find no lack of storage as this bedroom offers a walk-in closet, along with drawers in the bedside tables. You’ll love the convenience of a large mirror and Bedroom 1’s ensuite bathroom with tub-shower combo and farmhouse-style sink.

Upstairs, you can select light and bright Bedroom 2 with its two Queen beds and sumptuous linens. Discover a huge mirror and loads of storage in the dresser and walk-in closet with hangers. Bedroom 2’s ensuite bathroom offers a large walk-in shower. You can enjoy watching your favorite shows on a 43" Samsung smart TV by logging in with your account.

Also upstairs is Bedroom 3, with a King bed. Storage galore is available here with bedside tables, a walk-in closet, and shelves. You’ll love the pops of color here. The convenient ensuite bath provides a walk-in shower.

You have full (and not shared) access to the entire home and property except for a locked closets in the garage. Parking is not available in the garage.
No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with smart lock.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
Additional guests beyond 8 people are $50 fee per person, per night.
The Pool's heating is by request with $30 per night fee.
PLEASE NOTE:
~ Trash pick up: Tuesday and Friday evenings.
~ Pool Maintenance: Wednesday mornings.
~ Lawn Services: Twice a month ( as long as the weather permits).

A camera/security system using 5 exterior cameras for safety of our guests is in operation as follows:
1. Google Nest doorbell camera: Records video and audio on motion
2. Front-yard camera facing driveway: Records video only on motion
3. Right-side camera facing gate: Records video only on motion
4. Left-side camera facing the pool equipment and the gate: Records video only on motion
5. Back-yard camera facing the pool: Records video only on motion (will be
turned OFF and NOT record while guests are stying)

Parties or events are NOT permitted, per VRBO regulations.

PETS:
We welcome one dog weighing less than 50 lbs to accompany you during your stay for an additional pet fee of $200 per stay. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and kept off furniture and bedding. Please crate your dog when left alone(crate provided). Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet.
A complimentary, comfortable plush Dog bed is available, along with water/food bowls, waste bags.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*A $500 additional fee will be charged if a cigarette-smoke odor can be detected inside the house.
*Quiet hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 9AM to respect our
neighbors and ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
*Do not rearrange the furniture or remove it from the house.

*Pool safety* No diving or running around the pool area. Children must be
supervised by adults at all times.
*Indoor swing usage* Use the indoor swing responsibly and supervise children
while they enjoy it.
*Maintenance* Report any issues with the pool or indoor swing promptly to
ensure they are addressed.
*Liability* Guests use the pool and indoor swing at their own risk. The host is
not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during use.
*Cleanliness* Please keep the pool and indoor swing area clean and free of debris after use.
