The Space:
Boasting 12' high ceilings, huge windows, wood flooring, an open concept living room, dining room, a balcony, and a rooftop patio with a breathtaking view of the Houston skyline, this gorgeous 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is city living at its best! Dream up culinary masterpieces in the stunning island kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas range, wine cooler, and breakfast bar. Melt away the stress in the spa-like 3rd floor primary suite, complete with a brand new king bed, tray ceiling with recessed lighting, a walk-in closet, dual vanities, soaker tub, and walk in shower. The 3rd floor guest bedroom has a twin over full size solid wood bunk bed with an en suite bathroom. The 1st floor guest bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite bathroom. Nestled in EaDo right near the intersection of I-59 and I-45, you are just a short walk away from the Toyota Center, George R. Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home except for the garage. There are 3 locked closets inside the home that are for owner and property management access only.

Garage is not available for our guests. This space is strictly used as an owner's area only.

Getting Around:
Easy access to I-45, I-69 (HWY 59), I-10, I-610, HWY 288, Hardy Toll Road & Allen Parkway.

Green Link is a free bus around the downtown area. There are two routes: Green (Monday-Friday) and Orange (Thursday-Sunday).

Other Things to Note:
A security deposit is set but the guest will only be charged up to the amount should there be property damage during the stay. Please be assured that no security deposit is paid at any point unless a damage claim is filed by the host.

**NO ANIMALS / PETS** We respect our guests who have animal allergies so please do not send a request to book if you are traveling with an animal. Any unauthorized animal on-site will be charged $600 / animal / day.


**NO PARTIES / EVENTS** Any evidence of a party or event that is unauthorized by the property manager will be charged a $1000 fine and your reservation will be immediately terminated.

Interaction with Guests:
The property managers live in the area and are available anytime! We monitor activity at the home via our outside security cameras. We will come by if there are any violations to our house rules or if there are any issues during your stay.
