Extremely well furnished villa. The Family room has two comfy leather sofas and arm chair to chill and relax, reading or watching your favourite shows on the large screen TV. Large patio sliding doors lead out to you very own private pool.

Fully equipped kitchen so no need to eat out every day if you'd sooner
"stay home" and prepare your family meals in comfort knowing everything
is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest stay.

Large dinning table seats 8 comfortably, with additional bar stools at
the breakfast bar great for getting a quick breakfast before you head
out for the day at one of the parks or great beaches.

Main En Suite has a King sized bed, large walk in closet and large TV.
Bathroom has double sinks, walk in shower and separate toilet.
Main bedroom has door out to the pool deck, great for that early morning swim.
Second Ensuite has a queen sized bed, large closet and TV. Bathroom has a
bath tub and shower combo.

Two further bedrooms have two twin beds in each, the Disney room is
welcoming for your little ones at the end of a busy day, they may
actually want to go to bed for you. If they need a little encouragement
their own TV should help leaving you free to relax. These 2 bedrooms share the third bathroom.


Large pool deck with your own private pool with a safety fence around the pool to keep your
little ones safely away from the water (fence can be removed of not required). Picture yourself in the mornings with the drink of your choice, watching the sun come up over your South facing pool, sun all day long then watch it setting at the end of another
beautiful day in paradise, perhaps with a glass of wine.
Note shown in the photos there is now a row of 6ft tall conifers at the rear of pool screen to give you more privacy.

The Games Room and pool table will also keep you entertained,start preparing those family tournaments now.
Washer and dryer provided, as are all linens and towels.
Strictly no smoking inside the villa, and strictly no pets.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

A huge selection of restaurants is on offer close by and keen shoppers will be delighted with the many designer outlets and shopping malls some of which are just minutes away.
