This upstairs unit is located in the California beach town of Playa del Rey, a charming and hip destination, conveniently situated near Venice, Culver City, and the South Bay. Minutes from Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach, LAX, & Manhattan Beach. Santa Monica Pier is also within short driving distance!

Enjoy nearby cafes, shops, & dining or walk on the bike path in front of the home!

This is a sleepy meditative place on the sand, perfect to drop out and kick back. Whether you are in town for vacation or business, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs unit is perfect for you!

Sink yourself in the cozy living room while watching your favorite movies on the 65 HDTV with lots of streaming options right away from home!

Everything you need to prepare your favorite homemade meals are in the kitchen and the dining area is perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a TV, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds. There is also a dedicated workspace setup for those who are working from home.

Comfortable full sets of sheets, linens as well as extra towels for everyone are all provided for guests to use!

There is a patio with dining and couches just steps from the sand. This home also boasts an open floor plan and beautiful views of the water 24/7!

High-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 275 Mbps and 1 driveway and free street parking space are all provided during your stay!
