home has everything you need to truly relax. Located conveniently in
Chelsea, you’re only a few blocks away from popular attractions like
the Highline and Chelsea Market. Some highlights from this home are a
spacious living room, eat-in kitchen, and freshly tiled bathroom. As
you enter the space, you’ll find the living room which is complete with
a cream sofa, wood furniture accents, and a TV for all your home
entertainment needs. The kitchen and bathroom are right off the living
room on one end, while the bedroom sits on the opposite side. The
spacious bedroom boasts exposed brick walls, an accent rug, personal
desk space, and hand-picked decor.


Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask
all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well
as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in
the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your
city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to
DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement
which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for
long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For
example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
Guests are required to bring these items with them. We hope this setup
