This condo is part of the Skyleaf Mountain Villas, a community that sits adjacent to hiking and biking trails and very close to the free weekend shuttle bus that services Sugar Mountain Resort (three miles north). Enjoy fantastic skiing, snowboarding, tubing, golfing, hiking, and tennis at the resort, as well as easy access to Grandfather Mountain State Park (nine miles south) and downtown Banner Elk (six miles north).

Enter easily from the ground-level parking area and be greeted by a light-filled living space that showcases the mountain landscape. It's a scene best taken in on the south-facing balcony, where you can recline in Adirondack chairs, sip coffee or cocoa, and take in the view of Grandfather Mountain through the treetops.

Throughout the living space, you'll find large picture windows and new cabinets, vanities, fixtures, and appliances. The open interior brings together a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with two tables, and a living room with an electric fireplace, a TV with cable and streaming capability, and a desk workspace.

The primary suite has a commanding view of the mountains, while both bedrooms are paired with TVs and bathrooms (including grab bars in both tubs).
