- Dogs are allowed on the premises for a fee. However, they are not allowed on any furniture, beddings, or blankets. A fine of $50 per piece of item or furniture will be paid if it's found.

Not all of our properties accept pets. For properties where pets are allowed, here are a few rules to keep in mind. There is a 2 dog maximum per stay 1. Please keep dogs on leashes. 2. Clean up after your pet, please dispose of all waste in the trash. 3. Please keep dogs in our yard. 4. Pets must have an ID tag, rabies tag, and collar at all times. 5. Absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds. We will charge $250 if we find out. 6. No Aggressive pets. The Pet Deposit is $25.00, non-refundable and an additional $10 per pet per day charge. PLEASE NOTE : If Pets are brought to the home and no pet deposit is paid prior to arrival, we will charge as mentioned above plus a $100 penalty.

We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver, as this will protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Make an amazing meal for your family in this awesome chefs kitchen with new quartz countertop and brand new blackstainless steel appliances. If you need to work use our hi-speed wi-fi internet. There are 2 bedrooms one has a amazing king size bed with a seating area, smart TV and chest of drawer, the 2nd room has a queen size bed and seating area and both have closets for your belongings. Our gorgous newly remodeled tile to the celing tub/shower combination is shared by both bedrooms, new quartz countertops and blue penny tiled floors. Enjoy and relax after a wonderful day at the beach with the high-quality linens and bedding. Off of the queen bedroom there is a laundry room with a full size washer and drier. Go outside to the deck and grill or enjoy the firepit, there is lots of seating and outdoor lighting! We have 3 units you can rent all 3 together for large parties or independently. You can sleep 6 in each unit. Close to beach access points, restaurants, and activities on South Padre Island. Our South Padre beach property has everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation.

Go walking to the beach within a few minutes, waterfront restaurants are minutes away, parasailing within minutes, the fun gravity park rides and so much more!
There is also easy access to public transportation with bus stops a minute or two from the home. Uber is a great way to get around!
