Saddle Up Inn is designed for family and friends to gather, saddle up and hit the NWA Trails. We love the outdoors in Bentonville and know you do too. That’s why we added these features in our backyard.


Opening in April you’ll cool off in the large in ground pool, hangout, lounge, soak up the sun and have a cold drink in your hand. Yes Please!
The backyard is fully fenced with a gas fire-pit, outdoor grill, and 4 bike wash and hang wall.
The patio is perfect for cool and warm nights. Boho style seating, small tabletop gas fire-pit, string lighting, curtains for privacy and help warm up. This is a perfect spot to gather, play games, laugh and recap on today’s Bentonville adventures.


Let’s talk bedrooms

The first master is located just off the living room and features a comfortable king size bed, plush duvet comforter, extra pillows, usb on bedside tables, full length mirror, large desk and chair for remote working, and Roku smart tv. In the closet you’ll find an infants pack-n-play, highchair and a portable fan.

En-suite master bath with 2 vanities, large stand up shower, towels, shampoos, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer. Master bath has access door to the living room as well.

The second master bedroom is equipped with a comfy king bed, with a plush duvet comforter, extra pillows, usb at both bedside lamps, infrared electric fireplace, full length mirror, dresser and Smart tv.

On the opposite side of the home you’ll find the other two bedrooms.

The queen bedroom is called the cactus 🌵 room! Super cute and cozy queen bed with duvet comforter, usb lamp, second desk work space, and Roku tv.

Down the hall you’ll find the laundry room equipped with laundry soap and softener, clothing Steamer and extra hangers.


Guest have access to the entire home , garage and backyard. You’ll find a front door security camera and a garage door exterior camera and light. Both for your safety and to let us know if you need assistance. There is also a safety fence separating the home and patio area from the pool to protect your little ones. There are 2 gates with automatic locking features.
