Hello! We're Kevin & Sarah, the founders of Porthleven and Lizard Holidays.

We love Cornwall and especially the Lizard peninsula and Porthleven, having lived and worked in this area with our four children for a number of years.

We had previously worked in the holiday letting industry for some years and felt there were many things that could be done differently to improve the service offered to homeowners and guests.

So, we started a cleaning and management company which grew and grew.

We built a reputation based on our personal level of service, attention to detail and genuine passion for creating a welcoming arrival for our guests.

A question kept occurring from the homeowners 'can you do the marketing too?' - it’s where we always wanted to go with the business - to be able to offer a truly fully managed and completely inclusive local service that cannot be matched by the big boys and so……here we are!

Passionate is a word thrown around far too often these days but we think it’s prevalent in our values, we are passionate about the area, about our properties and we care about our guests having amazing holidays with memories to cherish forever. We're also very passionate that homeowners benefit from a positive letting experience of their holiday homes.
