Situated halfway between Medford and Grants Pass, this country home on 4+acres offers sweeping views of the Applegate Valley. Many amenities throughout this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, showcased by solid oak floors. The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinets, live-edge wood island area, stainless steel appliances and large farm style sink. The master suite has separate patio. The master ensuite bath includes a zero-threshold shower and double vanity area with touch light mirrors.

You may never want to leave this home, but if you do there are many activities right outside your door, there are at least 18 vineyards within 20 minutes of this location, you can enjoy the Applegate River, Just a bit farther is the Applegate Lake. There are many hiking trails to enjoy, as well as fishing on the Applegate River, along with the many activities in Grants Pass, Medford, Jacksonville and Ashland area.

Guests have access to entire house and property.

Stayed for week to take care of business in The Applegate, easy access, great instructions, incredible amenities, relaxing, lots of wildlife...our new home away from home, cant wait to come back ASAP !!! :)
