In the Key of Sea is located in the beautiful Nature Walk neighborhood of Seagrove Beach, just minutes from the beach and neighboring Seaside and WaterColor communities. Enjoy this beautifully built home that has an open and inviting 1st floor open concept living space. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and has ample counter space with bar seating for three. The dining table has seating for eight and is open to the kitchen and living room. The living room has a cozy sectional, occasional chairs and flat screen TV. Step out to the back porch which is screened in and you are welcomed by a private pool and spa! The screened in porch has ample seating, a dining table for four and a TV. Soak up the sun or make a splash - there is an outdoor shower, grill and lounge chairs to enjoy having a private oasis of your own! The 1st floor features a bedroom with a king bed, television and connected full bathroom with walk-in shower. This bathroom is shared with the living space. Additionally there is a full size washer and dryer on this level. 

Head up to the second floor where you will find a master suite fit with a king size bed and private screened in balcony! The master en suite has his/her sinks, walk in shower and soaking tub! There are two queen bedrooms upstairs as well as a shared bathroom with two sinks and shower/tub combo. The bonus room on the second floor has a couch, TV with an Xbox and a bunk bed. The bunk bed is a twin over full with a twin trundle - sleeping four.

Neighborhood Amenities 'Gathering Place' -
“Gathering Place” is located in the front central area of the community, features a large zero entry pool, heated lap pool, hot tub, toddler splash pool, children’s playground, fire pit with conversation seating, 2 gas grills, self-entertainment bar, hammocks, bathrooms, shaded seating with tables/chairs. Chaise lounge chairs surround pool and available on a first come/first served basis. Access to pool is gated by key card, hours are posted. A shopping center is located near NatureWalk’s entrance with Publix, Nail and Spa, Pizza, Pure Barre, and more local restaurants! Adjacent to Point Washington State Forest with direct access to 27 miles of hiking and biking trails.

Convenient Beaches:
Lilly Lane beach trail is for walking or biking only and is located across from the Gathering Place. This trail is a wide, compacted trail through Point Washington State Forest that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Avenue is a dead-end street that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, and has limited parking.
Santa Clara beach access is about 500 feet east (to the left) and has a large parking lot with bathrooms and is handicapped accessible with a ramp to the beach vs. stairs. Just under a mile or 10-minute bike ride to the public beach access from Naturewalk. 
 
Important Things to Know:
1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property. 
4) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
6) Pool heat is available upon request for an additional fee + taxes. Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th. 
7) Driveway has space for 2-3 medium size vehicles. There is no street parking but open pads are available on a first come/first serve basis.
8) Owner has graciously provided 4 pickle ball paddles/balls - please return at your departure. 
9) Please note the gas fireplace in the living room is NOT for guest use.
