Spectacular 3BR, 2BA home in The Villages! This home is perfect for a short or long term vacation. Enjoy sitting on your lanai before you get in the golf cart to cruise through The Villages to watch the sunset, and enjoy the nightly entertainment in one of the three Town Squares, Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter or Brownwood. During the day, enjoy the pools, golf, pickleball and any other sport that interests you. You will not be bored in The Villages and you will not go wrong with this property!

This is a PET FREE HOME

Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs. Golf Cart is a 4 Seater Electric.

Good But Could Be Better

Lots of good but far from perfect: Shortcomings: .No TV I main bedroom, I had to buy one .No iron or ironing board; property manager was great and bought one .No vacuum; again, property manager bought one .dollar store kitchen utensils-really? .I could go on but you get the idea. A cheap owner is the main theme. For the price paid, I expected much better. The owner obviously is trying to get away as cheaply as possible and doesn’t care about guests. The property manager was great and did their best to make up for the shortcomings of the place.

Great property

This property was clean and great to stay in! We enjoyed the property and the management team went out of their way when we left something there to get it to us! Only thing I would change is that the TV didn’t have any channels other than the basic local channels. Upgrade that package to include channels like ESPN and HGTV.

You are my sunshine rental

Beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. There are up to date appliances, all in working order including a dryer (not listed). Three beds and 2 closets with comfortable mattresses and bedding. Furniture in living room and lanai were cozy. The vertical blinds were extremely difficult to open and close. After opening a second time we separated blinds to enter lanai because we were afraid the track would break. The home appears clean and dusted but floors need a deep cleaning, white socks do not lie. Electric golf cart has not been properly maintained. The 8 batteries all were dry. I guess this is the reason golf cart could not maintain a charge and quickly lost power even though charging overnight. Even tho I notified management company on day 2 of our stay by email, we never received a response. The instruction book could have been more through. No mention of where to pick up Village ID’s. FYI- look for Hacienda Rec Center in Spanish Springs. I only received an email about ID’s once I inquired. We enjoyed our stay, there are so many things to do. We stayed very busy and basically bathed and slept overnight.
