Welcome to The Sandpiper Home! This family friendly and spacious home is here to serve you on your vacation! This home is incredibly spacious and has all the room to stretch, lounge and enjoy your own personal private areas! Enjoy the outdoor seating areas in both the front and back yard areas. We are conveniently 5 minutes from beautiful Treasure Island and Madeira Beach.

Enjoy The Sandpiper Home for your vacation! This family friendly space is conveniently located just 2.5 miles from Treasure Island Beach and Madeira Beach. The home comes with plenty of vibrant outdoor spaces for you to enjoy!

The entire home is private and available to you during yours stay

I love interacting with my guests but the level of communication is up to you :) reach out for anything! I want you to have the best time at my home.

An extremely safe and quiet residential neighborhood - with quick access to the beaches

A car is not required if you are looking to enjoy the beaches - although it is recommended for making the most of the area!

This home is located in a residential neighborhood. The privacy and right to a quiet living space is of utmost importance.

Please note the check in time is 5pm, however I will always send the check in as soon as the home is ready. Most times, I am able to send the check in around 3pm however It is never a guarantee. We will always try our best to get you in as early as possible.

**A 3% CHARGE WILL APPLY FOR ANY CANCELLED RESERVATIONS**
Smoking is NOT permitted inside - please dispose of properly. If smoking is found inside the home, cleaning fees, smoke remediation and loss of profits will be charged to you.

Cute place that provided a nice stay

The house was cute and had plenty of room to be comfortable and not feel cramped. It had ample amount of sleeping choices for those with a big group. They have a fenced-in back yard, which was nice. I was able to let my doggie run around without being on a leash. The house was very clean and tidy. The location was good and near restaurants, shops, Walmart, and only a few miles from the beach. It was great that the house came equipped with a washer and dryer and I was able to do our laundry for the week. They provide a few pods and dryer sheets to use. They also provided Ivory bodywash in the shower if you wanted to use it. I appreciate those little touches. We were happy with our stay and would book there again. That being said, I would suggest to the host to provide 2-ply toilet paper instead of 1-ply. I feel like I used twice as much. I ended up going and getting 2-ply to use. Not far from the house is a restaurant called Village Inn. They had a great breakfast. We ate there twice and it was great both times. They do offer lunch and dinner but we didn't try that. I'm sure it's great too.
