"30A Backyard Paradise" Luxury Home HUGE Private Pool

"30A Backyard Paradise" is a brand new, luxury beach home featuring 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 2 half baths and can comfortably sleep up to 28 guests. This stunning home is located in Inlet Beach, FL with the popular Rosemary Beach community right next door and is just a short walk to the World's Most Beautiful Beaches!

One of the biggest highlights of this home is the backyard area with large swimming pool and spacious fully furnished pool deck with a comfy couch, sun loungers and outdoor dining for up to 18 guests. The pool is 15ft wide and 50ft and is 3 to 5ft deep.

Upon arriving to your custom paved driveway, you gain access to the house through the 2 car garage. The garage entrance (into the main home) features custom floor to ceiling cubbies & cabinets for all your "stuff" to go in. As you enter the home there is a spacious living area with a wet bar that leads out to the pool deck area. The first floor features the first three bedrooms. A queen bedroom is located on the pool facing side of the home and features direct access to the pool deck through a sliding glass door and a private en-suite with walk-in shower. Across from this bedroom is another queen bedroom with a private en-suite and walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom is a bunk room with 2 twin over twin bunks and a queen over queen bunk with private en-suite. Also located on the 1st floor is a half bathroom that can be accessed from both inside the home and the pool deck area.

Going up to the 2nd floor is the main living, dining room and kitchen area. This open-concept area features 2 kitchen islands (seating for up to 5), a large dining table (room for up to 14 guests) and a wet bar. Directly off the great room is a spacious balcony overlooking the backyard pool area and features a couch perfect for lounging and an outdoor dining table which can seat up to 14 guests. This floor is also home to the next two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a bunk room with 2 queen over queen bunk beds and a private en-suite with a shower/tub combo. Across from this bedroom is the 1st master suite with a king bed, private en-suite with a walk-in shower and private walkout balcony. Located in the hallway to the side of the main living room is the second half bathroom.

Going up to the 3rd floor is another living space that opens up to another spacious walkout balcony with cozy furniture perfect for relaxing and overlooks the backyard pool and surrounding area. This floor features the final three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a queen room with a private en-suite and walk-in shower. On the pool facing side of the home is another queen bedroom with direct access to the balcony through a sliding glass door and a private en-suite with walk-in shower. Last but certainly not least is the 2nd master suite with a king bed and private sitting area with couch, desk, coffee area. Located off the private sitting area is direct access to the balcony. The master suite's private en-suite is equipped with a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub.

At the very top is a large sun deck with sun loungers and features amazing views of the beach and beautiful Inlet Beach neighborhood.


A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

Get out and take a ride, through Scenic 30A! Each of our rental homes in Inlet Beach have the perfect location for first-hand sightseeing through hidden coastal towns and beach escapes. With outdoor restaurants, local shops and breathtaking views, Rosemary Beach is but one of the stops along the way. Take a look and make sure to reserve your bicycles in time for check in!

There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs. There is a fee of $300 to turn on the elevator.

Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.

The Beach! "30A Backyard Paradise" is situated between 2 Beach Access points. The Winston Lane Beach Access is about a 3 minute walk to the West of the home and the Wall Street Public Beach Access is about a 5 minute walk to the East of the home.

30A Backyard Paradise requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:

2024:
Summer: May 25 - August 10 (Saturday - Saturday)
Fall Break: September 28 - October 12 (Saturday - Saturday)

2025:
Family Break: March 8 - April 12 (Saturday - Saturday)
Summer: May 24 - August 9 (Saturday - Saturday)
Fall Break: September 27 - October 11 (Saturday - Saturday)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Great Property
17 adults and 1 21 month old. 8 couples and all had private rooms with en suite baths. The bunk rooms had queen beds so they work for adults as well. We used the pool, sauna and outdoor kitchen daily. This home is furnished well and is far and away one of the nicest rentals in the area. Take it if you can get it.

Perfect for large families
30a Backyard Paradise lived up to its name! There were 4 families (16 people) on our trip, and it’s the most comfortable we’ve ever been! Beds and bathrooms were plentiful, and the backyard was a great place to hang out. Biggest pool we have ever had! Porches were spacious, too! It’s a new place, so the kitchen was missing a few things, but that won’t stop us from coming back. We donated a can opener to one drawer! Ha! Seating around the tv area was tight if we were all hanging out together, but we made it work. A few blankets in the closets would be helpful (or just make sure to bring your own if you like a little weight while sleeping). But, this place got 5 stars from all 16 of us, and we hope to be back!
