This private, bright and sunny home is energy efficient with solar panels and features original hardwood floors, full kitchen, breakfast nook, two bedrooms, one bath, and plenty of outdoor space for relaxing and dining.

You couldn't be in a better spot to visit Los Angeles. This home is conveniently perched near the leafy Silverlake reservoir on a quiet, residential street. We are also walking distance to most of the restaurants, shops and bars on both Sunset Blvd and Silverlake Blvd. Other nearby neighborhoods include Echo Park, Hollywood, Los Feliz, and downtown LA.

The home is open concept with a bright, spacious and airy living room, dining room and fully-stocked kitchen. Two welcoming bedrooms are comfortably appointed with luxurious Saatva beds. Dine and relax outdoors in our large private terraced backyard flush with fruit trees, lounge areas, and gorgeous views.

This home boasts new and modern decor, clean, spacious rooms, and is in the heart of one of LA's best neighborhoods. This cozy abode is versatile and would suit a quick getaway, business trip, or city adventure. We hope you will come and enjoy our space and the activities.

1. We love children however the property is not appropriate for children under 12 because of potential safety hazards and inadequate child-proofing.
2. The house is suitable for 4 guests max who sleep only in the 2 beds. Please do not sleep on the sofa.
3. The house has quite a few steep stairs that lead to the front door (pictured) as well as in the backyard area. It therefore may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
4. Additionally, the owners are extremely allergic to animals and therefore no pets are allowed at the property.
