Living:
The bright, coastal-style living room has pale blue walls the color of ocean mist, white trim and crown molding, hardwood floors, an oversize sectional sofa, and a large bean bag chair, nicely arranged around a coffee table and wall-mounted SmartTV with cable and Roku.
The living room has muted colors of driftwood, seagrass, sky blue, and ocean blue. Above the sofa hangs a large painting of sea turtles; an eye-catching piece of fine art that honors the namesake of this property “Salty Sea Turtle”.
Enjoy easy conversation, cozying up with a book, or kicking back to stream your favorite shows or movies here. Envision gathering for family game nights or reading bedtime stories on this comfortable sofa.
Sliding glass doors from the living room open out to the deck and allow for plenty of natural light. A ceiling fan circulates fresh air throughout the living area.
Kitchen/Dining:
The open-concept design of the kitchen/living/dining area makes for easy entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen has crisp white cabinets, spacious white quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a French door fridge/freezer with icemaker, an electric range and oven, a microwave, a double basin sink, and a dishwasher. A Keurig and drip coffee maker are both provided, as well as a blender, toaster, and chef’s caliber sharp cutlery.
The kitchen peninsula has counter space as well as a stylish bar top with upholstered stool seating for four. A great spot to sip your morning coffee or freshly squeezed citrus juice! This breakfast bar seating makes the kitchen space much more social and fun! Guests can join the chef for a cocktail or conversation during meal prep.
If the weather is nice, you may also choose to dine al fresco, on the covered deck, which offers a patio dining table with seating for four.
Bedrooms & Baths:
This condo features three bedrooms and three full baths. Enjoy cozy wall-to-wall carpeting in every bedroom, as well as silent ceiling fans and SmartTVs. Each bed offers a luxury mattress and premium linens for a restful night’s sleep. We also provide 7 bath towel sets, and hairdryers.

On the main living area (2nd floor), just off the kitchen, bedroom #1 has a twin XL over queen bed. This bedroom has wall-to-wall carpeting, a closet, and access to a hallway full bathroom with a pedestal sink and tub/shower combo. On the main (2nd) floor, just off the kitchen area, there is also a laundry closet with a convenient stackable washer and dryer, as well as an iron & ironing board. Perfect for special occasion night out!
The primary bedroom (on the 3rd floor) has one Queen size bed, elegant matching nightstands, reading lamps, a bureau, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom offering a luxurious tub/shower combo with a rain shower head and shower wand.
Sliding glass doors from the primary bedroom open out to the tranquil balcony/covered veranda with dazzling views of the Atlantic. There’s stylish patio furniture with seating for two on this veranda, perfect for a morning cup of coffee. An exterior spiral staircase leads from this balcony to the crow's nest, with an open deck and seating area. Best of all is the glorious 360-degree views of the pastel seaside town and ocean vistas. This is an idyllic spot to experience sunrises and sunsets.

Outdoor Amenities:

Outdoor amenities are a highlight of this property! The ground/first-floor level features a carport with covered parking for two cars and a golf cart, as well as a deck with an alfresco dining area, a courtyard area, and a storage area with beach chairs, Bocce ball, sand toys, a beach cart; corn hole, etc.

Set up yard games in the backyard, or even in the carport on a rainy day. The carport is lit with Edison bulb string lights, which make the space more beachy and festive. There’s a hot/cold outdoor shower just off the carport. Easy to rinse off the salt and sand after a day at the beach!

There’s a covered deck with an alfresco dining table off the main living space on the second floor. Prepare some lobster rolls, seafood tacos, corn on the cob, potato salad or farmer’s market fresh summertime fuit salad. Add a bowl of chips, homemade guacamole, an icy pitcher of margaritas, and glasses garshished with salt and lime. Serve up a gourmet meal alfresco in the sea breeze!

The very best amenity is the beach, which is just a 3-minute stroll from your door. Carolina Beach is famous for its vintage boardwalk and nostalgic seaside charm!

There is plenty to do here. The restaurants are great! There’s even a brewery with a beer garden. Summer season features outdoor concerts, fireworks displays, and outdoor movies at Carolina Beach Lake Park. Just seven minutes south of Carolina Beach is Kure Beach, a quieter, less developed area full of maritime forest hiking trails, nature and birding sanctuaries, and beautiful pristine beaches ideal for shelling. Kure Beach Fishing Pier is one of the oldest piers on the east coast. You can fish right off the pier! The North Carolina Aquarium and Fort Fisher Historic Park are both located in Kure Beach. Visitors who crave a little off-road adventure should check out Freeman Park, a 4wd-friendly beach area.
