Guest Access

A modern and very well furnished, this is a lovely apartment for you, friends and your family. Guest will have access to all the facilities in the building – The swimming pool, gym, Sauna, etc. You will find an open-floor living and dining area, with a sofa and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, microwave, and other utilities. The bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. For your health and safety, the apartment has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. There is a balcony to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful evening view. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment. The building has a free allocated underground parking.
Other things to note
This is a self-check-in property and you will be required to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Our check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am (UAE local time, GMT/UTC+4). Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability and may require additional payment.
We have limited time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time so we hope you can be consider this and check out on time. House rules include respecting the neighbors, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking is not allowed. We Adhere to Dubai laws and regulations at all times because this apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport/Emirates ID before your arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department in order to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and registered on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee. The tourism Dirham Fee (AED 10 per night for the first 30 nights only) and a refundable damage deposit (AED 1,000) are not included in the rate. The rate includes 5% VAT.
