The Escape Island is one of a kind luxury estate designed by David Rios. This home has all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay in Palm Springs. Including a private mini golf course, a breathtaking design that will blow your guests away, a large pool and jacuzzi to enjoy margaritas by, and four large bedrooms with large comfortable beds to sleep in after a long day of fun. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from every corner of Escape Island, you will be dying to come again.

*  The Escape Island sleeps 8 guests, in 4 uniquely-themed bedrooms.

*  Master - has a king bed, with an ensuite bath and shower, streaming-ready Smart TV, and room darkening curtains.

*  Bedroom 2 - has a queen-sized bed, lounging couch, room darkening curtains and mountain views.

*  Bedroom 3 - has 2 a queen-size bed, room darkening curtains and mountain views.

*  Bedroom 4 - A one of a kind artist loft with room darkening shades that is located on the roof with 360 degree views and has been converted to a bedroom with 2 queen beds.

Outdoor Space

* Huge, private backyard with brand new pool and in-ground spa and convenient outdoor shower.
* Color LED landscape and pool lighting.
* Dedicated turf area where you can enjoy games of cornhole, bocce ball, badminton or Jenga by the pool.

Guest Access:

Other Things to Note:
**Please note that OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER PALM SPRING CITY ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.

* The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.

* There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cost $149/night.

* We are Not a pet friendly household!

* The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

Quality assurance and maintenance

Inspected property for compliance with cleaning, safety and maintenance protocols prior to each guest arrival. Ensured the overall health, safety and quality of each property with routine preventative maintenance, including testing of mechanicals, maintaining appliances, testing smoke and CO detectors, and confirming access to fire extinguishers.

EPA-registered cleaning products

All our products meet EPA’s (Environmental Protection Agency) criteria for use against the virus that causes COVID-19

Trained Professionals

Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft.

Proper PPE Usage

All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals

Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting

Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.

Re-washed Dinnerware

Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.

We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.

Beautiful property
The house and property are beautiful, the pool is amazing and the location is great. I feel like we were the first ones to stay here since the house was finished being remodeled. We had a little snafu at the beginning due to a discrepancy between number of rooms in the listing versus the number of rooms actually available, and the property managers were extremely responsive and sorted us out right away. I could feel their commitment to making our stay as nice as possible.

No need to leave the property
Well designed and maintained property with much to do. Mini-golf and swimming kept us plenty busy. Very private with quiet neighborhood. A well stocked 7-11 is 1 1/2 blocks away for a short walk to pickup last minute supplies or to restock the bar. We look forward to returning.
