***** Please Note! Vine City is right off the connecting westside beltline and is currently going through a redevelopment and gentrification process! Many homes are being renovated and rebuilt, but You will most likely drive by homeless people and see some abandoned housing on your way to the neighborhood. This neighborhood has been great to us, the home has been safe, the neighbors have been kind, and also has a security system!

Parking: 2-3 Cars can park on the driveway to the Right of house or on the street going with the flow of traffic ( must be 10 inches or closer to curb if on street) (Do not park in new space infront of the house)

This Vineyard themed home is complete with:

- A home Security system and Cameras on the outside of the property - one with the video doorbell on the front porch and a camera on the back porch as well to cover the entrances to the house

My experience was overall pretty good. I love the decor of the house it gave a really homey feel. My friends who love wine felt as if they was visiting a vineyard. We appreciated the complimentary bottle that was offered. The host was really responsive, kind and understanding in terms of a few changes in my request and I appreciated that. I was a little skeptical about the area that the house is located but , the neighborhood was quiet and seemed to be safe. Although, I felt I was being watched for some reason I still felt safe. I would definitely book again .

This Property was a place that we thought was absolutely beautiful and right next to the up and coming westside Beltline. The convenience to all of the downtown attractions was a huge part of our decision and we hope it makes you feel at home and on a little mini retreat while you are there.

Location Location Location-- close to all things downtown. This Bungalow is very spacious and can fit the 8 comfortable. We have a large Dining room table and sectional couch that can accommodate all who come to stay.
