“We stayed at 10 Bella Vista Court in November and two of the four of us had never been to Sedona before. Trish did an amazing job with detailed instructions, text follow-up, and descriptions of where things would be and what to see/do in Sedona. We found the house very well kept; with all the amenities we could need. The back deck had unbelievable views of Thunder Mountain and was our gathering spot to catch up- as this was our annual girls' trip (we pick a spot each year that we meet at as we live spread out throughout the US). Bella Vista was so quiet, the skies were clear, and the weather was so perfect that we didn't even need to turn on the heat. The property is centrally located and is about 5 minutes away from anything and the view of Thunder Mountain is breathtaking!
We had planned to go out several nights but cooked in as the home was just so comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and plenty of towels. The most fun was heading to the garage and playing ping pong in the evenings!
We all felt very fortunate to stay here, and it is on our top 2 of all places that we have had our girls' trip over the last 18 years. The only downside was we should have stayed a few more days…next time!”

House Rules
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
