Spend a getaway by the bay at this dreamy waterfront home. Boasting riverfront views and a dedicated boat slip for direct water access, this spacious escape is primed for true coastal living. Multiple outdoor areas including a large deck, balconies, and a ground-level patio, are also available for private enjoyment. One of the major perks of your location is the convenient on-site access to all of Ocean Pines' fantastic recreation and amenity offerings. You'll be less than a mile from the Community Center, which hosts a skatepark and seasonal farmers' market, and only two miles from Ocean Pines Golf Club. Ocean City beaches and boardwalk attractions are within 10 miles of home. Bring a bicycle or a kayak and set off to explore the scenic area around you before heading back to your vacation house.

Kick back on the deck to soak up some rays and bask in cooling bay breezes, or fire up the private gas grill and treat your guests to a waterfront meal.

Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room frame the home's beautiful water views and create strong natural lighting, while an array of comfortable seating options are ready to welcome the group for casual downtime. A cable TV comes ready for family movie nights. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to make meal planning a breeze, and there's even a dishwasher included for stress-free cleanup. The loft area features a sofa and armchairs for quiet daytime reading or afternoon naps. Everyday essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Dock details: The dock is available for guest use. Only the right-hand side (facing the water) boat slip is accessible. The left-hand side slip is not available



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
