First and last stay in an RV

This was a nice RV but there was no instruction booklet and as first timers we had no idea about switching gas barrels when they run out. The oven did not work as the gas running to it had been disconnected. My husband figured that one out himself but we couldn’t get it to work our last two days. There was a leek that left us with no running water one day. The RV was not very clean. Dust everywhere and dirty cutlery. Went out and bought paper plates and plastic cutlery as didn’t want to use the ones supplied after seeing the knives with congealed food on them. The last occupiers wash sponges were left hanging in the shower. The outside table had a brown liquid mess on it. We couldn’t get into the RV as the code we were given had a number 9 in it and there was no number 9 on the keypad. After speaking to the owner who said there was , we discovered it had rubbed off and it didn’t look like there was a number there at all. Communication was fine with the owner at first but after all our complaints it wasn’t. It would have been helpful if there was a contact number for a person nearby who could have sorted all the problems out. We did get a lot of help on our last day form the owners of the site but too late by then. I did not like the fact we paid a cleaning fee to find the place wasn’t that clean. I have always wanted to try an RV but unfortunately picked the wrong one. We are holiday homes people and will stick to that in future.

Tombstone

We had a wonderful time. The property was exactly as it shows. The only things I'd change is the a/c wasn't on when we arrived and it was hot. 96 degrees inside the trailer so it took awhile to be comfortable. The only other thing was no ice maker. The good thing was the store around the corner with ice. We would absolutely stay here again!

I we live in Hereford and we were in town for the Brian Terry Ride for my husband’s motorcycle club.

It was a great stay and very easy to do. Will definitely be doing it again next year if it’s available. Thank you for everything

RV life

We really enjoyed this property. We used the bathroom facility located a few feet away and that was helpful. We had enough space and the location was awesome. We will tell our friends about it for sure!
