Welcome to Castle Grove Cottage, we have filled this home with charming bohemian detailed decor. The interior has a pleasantly natural-clean soothing vibe throughout every room. Your family and friends will be close to all main attractions. Minutes away from San Antonio National Airport, UTSA and other major colleges, several Military bases, the Medical Center, San Antonio Zoo, Sea World, and Fiesta Texas. Our popular downtown river walk is visited by many tourists and San Antonion’s. Let’s not forget The Historical Pearl Brewery and our iconic Alamo. San Antonio is filled with many activities for the young and old. Great historical museums. In addition to the beautiful Japanese Tea Gardens we also have San Antonio Botanical Gardens filled with numerous native flowers and plants. If your looking for great music, dancing, or dining San Antonio Riverwalk and The Pearl Brewery are filled with many choices to choose from.

The space:
Our property has ample living spaces throughout the house. The full size kitchen is set up with many amenities to choose from for leisure cooking or baking. The coffee bar is one of our main attractions. Filled with many complimentary drink choices for adults and children. Our, well thought out game room is an inspiration to all age groups with a many activity choices from family board games/puzzles to poker card games for adults. Plenty of seating and conversation areas to choose from inside/outside the home. After, a busy day, you will gladly walk in to one of the relaxing cozy bedrooms for a good night sleep with clean and comfortable linens, plenty of pillows and blankets to cuddle with. Pac n play and high chair available.

The outdoors is large enough to enjoy sitting with family and friends around the fire pit creating memories. And, if your in a grilling mood, we have outdoor dining /seating options as well. If your feeling competitive there is a basketball hoop or you may want to play a few games of corn hole. Enjoying nature in this serene home is also a welcoming feature. Weather your reading a good book or watching and listening to birds chirping, or being entertained by squirrels climbing and jumping our tall oak trees to occasionally catching a few deer taking their morning walks.

Love this home!

The neighborhood is gorgeous. The backyard and covered porch are a dream for relaxing. The neighbors were friendly and the hostess was friendly and thoughtful. You do not have to think of a thing. Instructions were easy and full of any details you may want to know. The home is beautiful and clean and full of games for all ages. We visit SA a lot and will definitely be hoping to book this home again. Thank you for being such a gracious host. Lovely home.

Absolutely Perfect

We were impressed by the size of the house. Our group was 4 adults & 3 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and had everything we needed, loved the extra fans in every bedroom. The kids had plenty to keep them entertained both inside and out. Great quiet location not too far from Sea World, Six Flags or Riverwalk. We also loved seeing the deer outside every morning! Our future San Antonio stays will absolutely be based on the availability of this house. I don't think we'd be happy anywhere else after staying here!

I chose this neighborhood because it is a quiet area, tucked away in a serene neighborhood! It is full of beautiful oak trees. I’ve enjoyed bird watching, listening to a rooster in the distance, watching many squirrels run up and down the trees. Some deer leave their fawn, nestled on either side of the house during the spring. I’ve seen plenty of butterflies, lizards, ladybugs etc. In the evenings you will see neighbors walking around, joining in conversations while their children are riding their bikes. There is a neighborhood park, with an honorary memorial to our servicemen and women as well.
