'The Desert Rebel' w/ Heated Pool & Jacuzzi Oasis

We invite you to 'The Desert Rebel', our professionally remodeled and designed home located a block from the Kierland Commons.

Our home features a heated pool, 6-person jetted jacuzzi oasis, putting green, outdoor fireplace, oversized gazebo, and outdoor kitchen. Our guests can enjoy 5 uniquely designed bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, multiple hangout areas, and so much more.

Outdoor Features:
Our pool is always heated to 83 degrees, except for the summertime. In the summer, we cool our pool to 78 degrees so our guests can stay cool. The property also comes with poolside lounge chairs & umbrellas, a covered patio with a modern firepit, sectional, fan & patio misters, & a putting green with putters & golf balls. There is a large oversized gazebo with an outdoor kitchen featuring a new BBQ, fridge, 4 barstools, string lights, & a Smart TV. The 6-person jetted jacuzzi is nestled into its own oasis with string lights, desert landscaping, privacy walls on 3 sides, and Adirondack chairs.

Interior Features:
Our professionally designed interior remodel was completed in December 2022. All furnishings were hand selected by our designer. There are 5 unique and modern bedrooms with a total of 6 beds – 2 kings, 2 queens, & 2 doubles. Each bed is made with clean and cozy linens, and our guests often tell us how comfortable our beds are. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you may need to cook and enjoy large meals for friends and family. The living room has a record player with an impressive collection of records that includes many iconic artists and albums. The dining room has an 8-person dining table and a cozy indoor wood-burning fireplace.

Amenities and Extras to expect:
We provide clean bath towels, pool towels, washcloths, makeup towels, linens, and blankets. We also provide high-speed internet, hulu live TV (80+ channels), and Hulu on all 5 TVs (which are all smart TVs). The property is kid-friendly with a pack n play, booster seat, board games, books, bunk beds, kids toys, and more. We provide cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee, tea, and more, which should be enough for at least a 7 night stay. Our kitchen comes with clean dishes, pots and pans, appliances, a drip coffee maker, tea, blender, baking dishes, cooking utensils, a toaster oven, and much more. We have fireplace tools for the firepit and grill utensils for the BBQ. We also provide some propane for both. There is a laundry room with everything you need to wash or iron clothes.

We take our role as hosts seriously and we are always happy to help and answer every question you have as promptly as possible. We have recommendations for everything you may want to do, so definitely ask us! Guests will have their own unique code to access the property via smartlock.

This is NOT a party house, and quiet hours are to be respected between 10PM-6AM in order to be courteous to our neighbors.
