Welcome to your beach house located just steps from the famous Emerald Coast with its powder white sandy shores. Newly redecorated, this space has beautiful unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico providing breathtaking sunsets from your private balcony. This 2ND Floor condo features 1bedroom, a bunkroom and 1bath, it is clean and ready for your stay. Directly across the street from Pompano Joe's, and a short walk to several other waterfront restaurants, the location is perfectly situated to walk places and avoid traffic. Positioned so close to the beach allows you to go back and forth without having the stress of packing for a full day. You are close enough to your unit that if you need to go back to fill up the cooler or make lunch you can. This space is perfect for a romantic getaway, a family trip, or someone that works remote and is looking for a beautiful change of scenery.
This location allows you to avoid the hustle & bustle of the main strip. The walkability to several restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, souvenir, etc. is perfect. Once you get there you can settle and enjoy!

I am originally from Kentucky and have been vacationing to the beach my whole life. I just can't get over the white sand and turquoise waters in Destin. I finally decided to buy a vacation getaway just across the street from the beach! When I'm on vacation I am there to take a break from work and all of the distractions of life. I chose this area not only because the beaches are the most beautiful but also because it allows me to relax and avoid the hustle & bustle.

I am thrilled to share this place with you. Come relax and make yourself at home, I know you will find this place to be just as amazing as I do.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

The location is why we chose this property. It has amazing views and is so close to the public beach you can simply walk back and forth throughout the day if you want to. Some places going to the beach is such an "event" with packing the car, trying to find a place to park, and then committing to stay as long as possible. With this location there is not driving or packing if you don't want to and you can simply get up and just take a walk on the beach anytime.
