A friendly senior citizen groundkeeper/ maintenance man is living in a separate entity on property - all is fenced and each entity has its own personal entrance for ultimate privacy. Outdoor seating in the front of home and a picnic table in the rear to relax outside. A Nice Weber BBQ propane grill is available for use outside with two propane tanks.

*Access and parking to property is not on 5th Ave, instead 51st street for a private retreat! (5th ave north is a main road and only 5 blocks from central avenue direct b line to the gulf beaches!) Also bus stop is located directly on property if needed.

Winter stay.

Ty is a great easy going land lord. Never had any problems. He is always available. House was very clean and just renovated.. Jerry ( grounds keeper ) is on the property - extremely helpful and will do anything to make your stay more pleasurable. 5th Avenue is very busy - found it loud a couple of times but if you’re from a city - you probably won’t notice it. Location is between downtown St Petersburg and the beach - very convenient.

The minutes my family and I walking in this property it feel like home!! It's cozy and super clean and we love the open concept. Conveniently Located & Private

We were very pleased with this property. Everything we needed and wanted was within short driving distance. The property itself was fully enclosed and very private. The landscaping was beautiful, and the groundskeeper was happy to assist with any questions we had. The interior of the home was modern and clean, with all essentials included. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The layout of the home also worked well for our family. Highly recommend.
