Sand Lake Getaway Lakefront!!

This stunning lakefront home features an expansive yard and private dock, making it ideal for swimming, boating, and fishing. Other amenities include a firepit, outdoor grill, kayaks/paddleboards and plenty of outdoor seating.

The property also offers a pontoon boat available for rent, perfect for exploring the crystal-clear waters of Sand Lake. So, grab your family and friends and spend a day on the water, taking in the breathtaking scenery and making memories that will last a lifetime.
You do not need to clean the vacation rental before leaving. Our exceptional cleaning team will take care of all the cleaning, including laundry, changing linens, and sanitizing surfaces.

Please always lock the front door behind you if you leave. Safety is a top priority for us.

Please no parties or events, as well as no glitter or any other decorations which may cause damage to the property.

Please do not re-arrange any furniture and do not bring any furniture outside.

Please no candles or any other fire hazards at the property. No Fireworks.

Please only toilet paper down the commodes, any damage related to lack of follow through of this rule shall be an additional charge.

Hi there! I'm Bill, and I was born and raised in Michigan. As a lifelong resident of the state and a lover of the outdoors, I have always been drawn to the beauty and serenity of the lakes of Michigan's Irish Hills.

I'm proud to be a Superhost on another platform, and I bring that same level of dedication and commitment to every guest who stays at our Lake houses, all of which are Lakefront! I'm happy to coordinate with guests prior to their stay to ensure that everything is in place for a great vacation.

My goal is to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. I'm always available to answer any questions you may have about the property, the area, or anything else you might need. I'm also happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and attractions to make your stay truly unforgettable.

When I'm not busy managing the properties, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two kids (3 and 5), exploring the outdoors, and taking advantage of all that this beautiful area has to offer.
