Disappointing
Upon entering the property the railing that is supposed to be secure was literally falling apart. When we got in at 3:58 ( check in was at 4 our cleaning lady was still there cleaning. The house felt dirty. The carpets were all stained up downstairs ( looks like pee stains all over ) we were there because my daughter had an appointment at Children’s hospital the next day. The front tv didn’t work so we reached out to the owner. He did respond and tell us that “ his other tenants tvs were working “ just fine” then he asked if we wanted Somone to come out and look at it tomorrow and I said yes please! Well needless to say that didn’t happen and I had to keep reaching out to get the status of something that didn’t happen. That same night the neighbors that share the back wall kept us up until 2:30 am and then started their screaming at 4:30 again. We were exhausted so I reached back out to Dan and said when you come out to look at the tv can you please talk to your other guest? It said he would “ask them” whatever that meant. Don’t think that ever happened either. The house is overall nice just needs some basic maintenance and maybe an icemaker that works. Hate giving a bad review but the property manager needs to step it up
