Soggiorna nella nostra casa sulla spiaggia vittoriana costruita nel 1920. Fascino vittoriano rinnovato! Vernice fresca, pavimenti rifiniti, sei camere da letto con 3 letti king size, 1 letto matrimoniale con un divano letto doppio estraibile in camera, 1 letto matrimoniale con un divano letto doppio estraibile in camera, letti gemelli 4 in una stanza. Bagni e cucina aggiornati, nuovi mobili e solo poche strade per la spiaggia! Ecco perché vorrai rimanere alla Lucky Lady.

NON ti sentirai angusto nella nostra casa con sei ampie camere da letto con soffitti da 10 piedi. Due bagni completi e una cucina completa, un soggiorno e una sala da pranzo, tutti con il fascino vittoriano aggiornato. Il grazioso portico è forse la caratteristica più meravigliosa della casa. Se non sei in spiaggia o dormi, il portico sarà il tuo posto preferito dove rilassarsi. Godrai sicuramente delle squisite brezze.

Ti troverai rilassato in un quartiere tranquillo e sereno e benedetto per essere abbastanza vicino da ascoltare le campane della domenica.

My family and I had an amazing stay in Ocean City! We were about 12 including 3 kids in the 10-13 age range, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen (including two refrigerators) gave us lots of room for food and drinks, and it was open to a huge eating area. The walk from the back door to where we were set up on the beach was 10 minutes exactly, which was fantastic for all of us - including those who wanted to hop back during the day to use the bathroom or grab something. I highly recommend Monique’s house - you and your family will love it!

Communication with Monique was excellent before and during the stay.Our family enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and especially the porch. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing dinners for our large family of 18. I have rented large houses for our family before and this was the best for overall comfort and space. Early on the air-conditioning went out in half of the house and Monique's arranged for window air conditioners until repairs could be made. That was pretty amazing.The house was convenient to shops, coffee places and just walking around to get a feel for Ocean City.

This house was the best vaca house ever! Check in was easy. The owner did a superb job decorating this beautiful Victorian and blending the old with the new. Plenty of space for our family of 10. The kitchen was amazing - so well stocked with everything you need. Having 2 refrigerators was very helpful. There is even a wine cooler. All the rooms immaculate. The beds were comfortable. Sheets and towels were provided (rare in O C). Monique was quick to respond and pleasant when contacted. The house is pet friendly. Not many houses accept large dogs. Monique had accepted our lab , who sadly ended up not joining us because she couldn’t do steps after unplanned surgery. The front porch was delightful. Comfortable seating and always a lovely breeze. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, boardwalk and the farmers market. The neighborhood is very quiet. Two off street parking spots, but not difficult to find street parking for extra vehicles. Highly recommend The Lucky Lady!

We had a great stay in Ocean City! The house is in a great location and roomy. Every one had their own space and the family room and dining area were comfortable and large enough for all of us to gather in. I would highly recommend this house and we will definitely be back.

Great for our yearly family Ocean City trip

There was so much space for all of us (7 adults and 4 kids). the spacious front porch was amazing for night time relaxing after the kids went to bed. Easy walk to shops and the boardwalk.

Spacious property, great location!

This house was beautiful and very spacious! Kitchen and living spaces were modern, well-stocked and nicely maintained . Great proximity to town, farmer’s market, and boardwalk/beach. We had a wonderful family vacation and would stay again!

Beautiful roomy house in great location

Our extended family of 12 had a great week at this beautiful home in Ocean City. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space before gathering together again in the dining/living area and on the amazing porch. Super close to shopping/restaurants/boardwalk. The farmers’ market was a family favorite.

Perfect week

Property was extremely clean and spacious, convenient to farmer's market, high school track for my sons to workout, boardwalk and beach. Kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Plenty of parking. Easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely consider staying here again next year!

Family Reunion

This was a wonderful rental. The owner, Monique, was very helpful and accommodating. Our family appreciated the roominess and comfortable feel, even though we were a large group. It made for a great family experience.

We had a great time!

The amount of dishes and cooking utensils was great. Two refrigerators gave plenty of room for drinks and food! Space was good. Family walked to beach and boardwalk every day but one.

We enjoyed our week's stay at this well-maintained, pet-friendly property with seven spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a large, well-organized and appointed kitchen and dining/living room. We were able to fit ten adults and six kids into the various rooms, with a rented crib added to one room. The beach was a 10-minute walk away, and the large church grounds half a block away were ideal for walking our dogs, shopping at the farmer's market, and taking the kids for face painting and pony rides. Overall, it was a wonderful week!

Wonderful week in OCNJ!

This home was beautiful! It was large enough for some friends/family to come and stay for a few nights, there are plenty of bedrooms. The home was bright and cheery, clean, classic. The porch was large and very welcoming! The ONLY thing I would change would be not having a key to the back door. We enjoyed having our family dog being able to stay with us as well, she had fun too! Monique was an amazing hostess :)

Great for family reunions

Great location- only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The house had everything my extended family of 17 needed and more! Plenty of space for everyone. Nice big dining table! We loved hanging out on the beautiful porch. The kids enjoyed the added bonus of toys and board games stocked in the family room. Monique was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!!

The layout was perfect for a big family — lots of bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and cozy common areas.The charm of the original architecture mixed with modern updates made it feel both homey and elegant. We especially loved the big front porch for morning coffee and evening chats. The kitchen was well-stocked for big meals, and the proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown made it so easy to enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer. Monique was responsive and helpful from booking through checkout. We’d absolutely stay again — perfect spot for a classic Jersey Shore family getaway!

Family Vacation

This beautiful house has all we needed for a lovely vacation with all our kids and grandchildren. They rode their bikes around town and walked to the boardwalk at night. The kitchen was well stocked. Aldi 's delivered the groceries which we stored in the two refrigerators. The young ones loved the bunk beds room. Nice porch where we could sit in the morning and evening.

This property needs a lot of work before it is ready for renters at the rate that they are charging.

Showers are discolored and have mold on shower curtains. Dryer needs to be run multiple times before drying a load of laundry. One of showers is held up by a shoelace. Banisters on stairs are not secure. Seating in living room not comfortable and dirty. Refrigerator I emma gone unusable and has dirty filter. Outdoor shower not enclosed. Very disappointed in this house especially for the price and being 6 blocks from beach!

I just got off the phone with the family who is our current guest. They have 2 little ones and say the house is safe and they have no problems. Just in case my handyman will be there Thursday to inspect the railings. Heavens above, I am speechless. All summer I've received texts that say, "the house is beautiful", "thank you for renting to us", "the house is perfect for our family", "we love the location", "I am loving your porch right now". We are extremely courteous and care about our guests experiences. ONE PHONE CALL would have taken care of any necessary services to rectify situations within our control. Lastly, we are NOT 6 streets to the beach., we are 4 streets to the beach. So already something isn't right here...although it is true our outdoor showers are not enclosed which is on purpose. I know it's not easy hosting large groups Erica's was a family of 12 which is why we put so much extra care in our rental such as sheets and bath towels, guests don't even have to wash at the end of the stay. My house manager even gave up where her car was parked to give them a 3rd parking spot. Well, we tried...

Nice old home in town!

A group of 9 of us (8 adults, 1 toddler) stayed here in September. The weather was not great so we spent a lot of time in the house. It has an excellent floorplan for groups because there are bedrooms on the 3rd floor and 2nd floors, allowing good noise separation for those who sleep longer or go to bed earlier. It was slightly inconvenient to not have a bathroom on the first floor, especially for my senior father. There are a lot of stairs involved with this house so it's not a great pick for older folks who have any mobility challenges (or just tire more easily). The house is fully furnished and works well for a group of 8 or less - I am not sure any more could have fit comfortably. It could use some new(er) kitchen items - the pots were old and scratched and the handles were loose. There's a big stain on the front of the fridge, some loose railings on the stairs, etc. No big deal really (its a rental afterall), but it gives the house the feeling of being a bit dated. It also probably needs a deep cleaning now that the rental season is ending. The livingroom carpet had an odor and needed a shampoo. The owner and caretaker were responsive and helpful, though, and made communication very simple. We had no major complaints and enjoyed our time here. It's a good crashpad for a beach trip - 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. It was also great to have tennis courts around the corner and to be able to walk down to Asbury to the shops. Everything's nearby -- very good location. Thanks!

Dear Amanda, Thank you for your review. I'm glad you liked the location and floor plan. Our 6 bedrooms easily fit up to 18 in beds. We do have a separate unit on the first floor floor for larger groups. Yes we do have stairs 2 flights inside. We recently hosted a group that would compete for the most steps in a day on their i watches. A little activity to melt off the delicious seafood, pizza, ice cream, fudge or sticky buns they had around town. Most folks who have the king size bedrooms on the top floor say they get organized by the end of the first day to reduce their trips up and down. Since your visit have addressed the rust stain on the refrigerator which was from people using the water and ice maker on the door and not emptying the little overflow tray. Our new refrigerator has an ice maker inside the freezer and my house manager checked on all the pots and pans. We do our best to accommodate our guests so they have a wonderful stay tucked away in the Historic District, yet close to so many fine stores, activities and dining. A little something for everyone. We make responsible upgrades each year. Last year was the quartz counter top and tile back splash, new sink and faucet. Good thing we have upgraded cable for rainy days. Ocean City Family Vacation

Monique‘s home was beautiful. Spacious updated but still had some charming original features including railings and hardwood floors. A typical Ocean City home that was able to accommodate our family! We enjoyed going to the farmers market that was very close by. Great for families and young children lots of activities to do in Ocean City!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION...AND YOU WILL LOVE THIS LOCATION! If you have little ones it's convenient, if you have teenagers it's convenient, if you want to head to AC - no problem. Walk to downtown bistro 1 block, dry cleaners, gym, shops 1 block, church...take your pick, the rides at Wonderland Pier, beach, bay, 4 blocks, tennis courts 2 blocks, basketball 3 blocks. I love this section of town (can you tell).

Park your car, walk or ride your bike for the rest of your stay. Feel your blood pressure going down yet? Everything is here, our rooms are spacious, kitchen and baths updated. This is a large property with plenty of space and she's ready to host your vacation. We've put a lot of thought into hosting families and groups and provide some extras that take the added pressures off the planning list. With most vacation weeks we provide sheets and towels (no need to wash them before you leave either) and the kitchen is AMAZING! Also I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 20 years experience so if you want to schedule services before your stay or see if I can fit you in please do not hesitate to reach out. We are also working with folks for retreats off season if you have a group that would love to truly getaway without going to far.
