Our newly updated 3 bedroom/2 full bath unit is on the fourth floor of the 16 unit building, providing unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and amazing sunsets. Let the breeze and natural light in, and enjoy everything the space has to offer. Our condo has everything that you and your family need to live comfortably during your vacation, with modern amenities and a beautiful living space.

Enjoy breathtaking views from the private balcony, or walk right out onto the beautiful white sandy beach, just a few steps away. We also have a large heated pool and jacuzzi!

Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, you are just steps away from restaurants, beaches, parks, and other tourist attractions. Perfect!

This place was just what we needed and expected. It had just about everything that we could have asked for, including a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and more. It’s very nicely decorated and beds are comfortable (even on a bad neck and back). We did have a few minor issues but the property manager was very responsive and helped to resolve them quickly. The only negatives were there was no television in the third full size bedroom and it could use better window coverings in the 2 bedrooms on the front side of the unit where the entry door/outside hallway and elevators are located bc it is extremely bright in those rooms both, day and night. Also, the water pressure isn’t great throughout the unit. We loved that this was a smaller complex and a very short walk out to the beautiful crystal clear waters and beach! We will definitely be back to stay here in the future!

Our family travels to Indian Rocks/ Clearwater at least once a year to relax and enjoy our time together. We have fallen in love with the Florida sunshine, the beaches, and all the fun activities in the surrounding areas. We loved the area so much that we purchased this condo in 2022 so that we could come visit more frequently, and now we get to share the experience we so love with our guests! There is simply no better place in Florida to go to unwind and spend time with family and friends.

This property is the perfect place for a tranquil getaway, while still being close to major Florida attractions. Indian Rocks has wonderful restaurants, and the beach is perfect for peace and quiet. Just a short drive away, and you can experience an entirely different beach, bustling with people and activities. With this property you get the option. It is the perfect location for families. Our unit also has stunning sunset views every night. Make yourself at home!
