Two miles down the road you will find Margaritaville and three miles down the road you will find the Lake of the Ozarks State Park Grand Glaize Marina Recreation Area. Get on the lake and boat away the day before barbecuing on the spacious deck where an outdoor kitchen and private hot tub await your enjoyment!

Inside, the comfortable living room features plush seating, a fireplace, and a large TV - the perfect spot for movie marathons. The chef's dream kitchen is adorned with gleaming granite countertops, a suite of stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Mealtime is made easy at the formal dining table.

When it's time to pick bedrooms, rest assured that everyone will be beyond content and comfortable as each of the six rooms come with soft linens, a tasteful color palette, and plenty of sprawling space. After days spent in the sun and the sand, the invigorating drizzle of one of the home's impressive walk-in showers will be most welcoming. And when you're looking for ways to entertain everyone inside, gather around the pool table in the second TV room for hours of playful competition.

Dock details: It is approximately 100 step stairway to the dock area. Boat slip available for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
