The gas fireplace can keep you warm on those chilly desert nights. Prepare delicious and memorable feasts in the spacious chef's kitchen, complete with nothing but the best stainless steel appliances, including a double-door fridge with a water dispenser, a six-burner stovetop, a double built-in wall oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. All cooking and baking amenities are here: food processor, kitchen aid mixer, baking pans, cooking implements, measuring supplies, serving trays, even a 26-inch paella pan! Full coffee station with drip and Keurig coffee makers, along with an instant hot water spigot, will keep everyone happily caffeinated. There is a wet bar off the kitchen with a a cooler, a sink, a second Keurig coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare cocktails and mocktails. The large dining table off the kitchen is simply perfect for formal meals and board game nights. There are two complete poker chip sets and 8 pickleball racquets and balls for nearby public pickleball courts.

Sleeping arrangements include five bedrooms, each one with a smart TV and four of them with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is quite large and has direct backyard access, a TV, a desk for those necessary zoom calls, two large and separate walk-in closets (one with yoga supplies), and a gorgeous bathroom with a shower, a separate soaking tub, and double vanity. Additional perks include a laundry room with a washer/dryer, board games, and a garage featuring a Ping Pong table and a second fridge to store even more groceries. A highchair is also available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Security camera details: There is an active Ring doorbell at the front door.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
