This condo sits just down the hill from the hub of Granby Ranch, with the ski resort, the golf course, and hiking and biking trails all close by. Within the community, you'll have access to a heated outdoor pool, a hot tub, a gym, and a clubhouse. When it's time to get out and explore, head to Winter Park Resort or Grand Lake, 18 miles away, and Rocky Mountain National Park is 24 miles away, with Granby's shops and restaurants only two miles away awaiting your return.

Step inside to find a renovated kitchen at the heart of the living space, offering quartz countertops, a large island, and an eat-in dining table for everything from hearty breakfasts to homemade dinners. The adjacent living room has a smart TV to watch from the comfort of the soft sectional, a gas fireplace to toast your toes, and generous windows that frame the tranquil back patio.

The bedrooms have attached bathrooms, and one is a primary suite with direct access to the patio. A desk workspace, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer are also provided.

THINGS TO KNOW
The community swimming pool is located 2 miles up the road to Granby Ranch at the Base Camp of Granby Ranch. Guests must purchase a day pass to use pool for $10 fee per person, per day.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
