LIVING AREA
This stylishly appointed room features two comfortable sofas and two plush chairs, providing ample seating for everyone. The Smart TV with Chromecast lets you catch up on your favorite shows or stream movies and music. Whether you’re hosting a movie night or simply curling up with a good book, this living room is the perfect place to unwind and recharge.

BEDROOMS AND BATH
We provide all rooms with high-quality linens, fluffy pillows, and plush bath towels. Bedroom configurations are as follows:
- Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, 50” Smart TV, and en suite
- Bedroom 2: King bed
- Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds with twin beds (sleeps 4)
- Bedroom 4: Full bed

There are three bathrooms in total:
- Primary bathroom with a shower
- Bathroom 2: With a shower and tub combo
- Bathroom 3: With a shower

KITCHEN AND DINING
You'll enjoy preparing your favorite recipes in this fully-equipped culinary haven. With ample counter space, top-of-the-line appliances, and a dining table that seats eight, it offers everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal, entertain guests, or simply have a quick snack. The best feature of this kitchen is its dedicated wine refrigerator, ensuring that your favorite vintages are always perfectly chilled and ready to serve.

Our kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, toaster, blender, tea kettle, Keurig dual coffee maker, Ninja pressure cooker with air crisp function, KitchenAid mixer), cookware, bakeware, serve ware, tools, and accessories.

OUTDOOR AREA
Step outside to your personal paradise, complete with a sparkling pool, lounge seats, outdoor grill, and dining table for four. It's ideal for soaking up the Florida sun and enjoying al fresco dining. The beautifully landscaped yard provides privacy and serenity, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

In addition to the outdoor amenities, there is a putting green area and lawn games such as cornhole, ladder toss, and lawn bowling.

- Bedroom: Luxurious linens, bedding, pillows, luggage rack, clothes hangers, white noise machine, and ear plugs.
- Kitchen: For cooking - cooking utensils, silverware, plates, glassware, wine glasses, measuring cups and spoons, pots and pans, knife set, cutting boards, mixing bowls, pots, and pans, baking sheets, cutting board, wine opener, can opener, potholders, food storage, salt and pepper, and olive oil. For dining - dinnerware set, knife set, drinking glasses, silverware set, drink coasters, coffee K-pods, chamomile tea, spearmint tea, English breakfast tea, sugar packets, artificial sweetener, and coffee creamer. For cleaning - dishwasher detergent, hand soap, sponge, surface cleaner, paper towels, kitchen towels, trash can, recycling bin, and trash bags.

7-28 nights: $23/night
29+ nights: $17.50/night
Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow. Pets cannot be left unattended at the property.
- Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
- The maximum length of stay at our Kasa is 90 nights.
- If you wish to have the pool heated, a pool heating fee of $35 per night for the full duration of the stay shall be applied. This is a seasonal offering; pool heating will be available from October - March.
