Very nice place.

The location was perfect for our events to travel to and from. The place was just right for 3 adult men. Clean and comfortable.

Good value but needs improvement

The pace was a good value and we liked the layout. It was clean except for some plates with greasy fingerprints and silverware that had stuck on food. Most of the issues were small and in isolation would not have bothered us, but taken together, they led to star deductions. Examples: 1) Coffee and laundry detergent are not provided 2) there were no hand towels in the half bath or the upstairs bathroom (just wash cloths and bath towels) 3) only one bath towel per guest and a single kitchen towel (one for dishes and one for hands would have been nice) 4) the beds were made with 2 flat sheets instead of 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, so they came untucked every night 5) the hand soap bottle in the kitchen was broken There were two bigger issues. The first was that one of the glass panels in the downstairs shower was off the track and just propped in the shower. The track was bent and not attached on one side. I was able to bend it back on and re-attach the door. The second was that the DW was broken and the host did not let us know about it ahead of time, although after we contacted him, he said he was aware of it. He first said he was waiting on parts, but later sent a maintenance person to check it out and said they had determined it was the control panel. If he was already waiting on parts, why would he need to send out a maintenance person to confirm it was the control panel? We had to wash our water bottles, coffee cups, bowls and silverwear to get through the trip.

Great location in quiet neighborhood

This townhouse is located in quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping mall, activities & I-4 & major highways like 434/436. We really enjoyed our stay. Beds are very comfortable. Large tvs are awesome! Channel/streaming section is fantastic! Communication with host was fast & easy. Will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and clean

Josue, our host, was very helpful and our stay was enjoyable. The house had all that we needed- comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathrooms. We will stay there whenever we go to the Orlando area. Convenient and quiet neighborhood.
