2 week Vacation ruined for family of 7 from Montana

This very inconsiderate host cancelled our family's booking 48 hours before 7 of us flew out from Montana for our once a year family trip we had paid for and planned since November. The only way we found out there was any problem was when I had not received any check in info I contacted her and she said "there was and unfortunate problem @ the home and we would not be able to stay." She was very vague on what the problem was and when I got upset about being cancelled 48 hours before we all flew out she said I was rude. VRBO is not very open about what the process is if the host cancels on you but they sure have everything on if you cancel on them. We ended up having to move 3 times pay twice as much as our original booking and now I have my 3rd case number with VRBO and get to now try to get some reimbursement. The VRBO agents told me all sorts of inaccurate information as my daughter and I spent 4 days on the computer trying to find us places to stay during the 2 busiest weeks in the Phoenix area of the year!! I will never again book thru VRBO and have done it for the last 3 years of our family vacation.

Family time

This property was perfect for our stay in Arizona. We all had our own space when we needed it, and there was enough room when we all were together. The pool was amazing! Clean and so enjoyable. We used the outdoor fire a few times which was wonderful. Cami was very nice and answered all our questions with a return text or phone call. Very nice quiet neighborhood and close to groceries, gas, and restaurants. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Cami.
