Welcome to LAKETOWN WHARF 124!

Located on the first floor of Laketown Wharf, this spacious, lake-view condo (1,262 sq ft) has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bunk area and a sleeper sofa. This bright condo can provide a relaxing PCB vacation for up to 8 guests. A king bed is in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully-stocked, including a drip coffee maker, toaster, silverware, and everything you need to prep a delicious seafood meal while enjoying the calming lake views right from the kitchen and living area. The lake can be viewed from the primary bedroom as well.

Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It is located near many attractions, restaurants and water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of lakefront boardwalk and has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from.

Great time!!

It was clean and nice and a great location but the spring break police presence was a little much!!! Especially when they close the walkway coming back from the beach and we had to walk a half mile out of the way. Otherwise it was amazing!
