The master suite also faces the lake so you'll never miss the the Vegas-style fountain show that happens every night. The kitchen flows right into the living area, with its very open and spacious floor plan, so everyone can enjoy the best family gatherings and create beautiful memories for the years to come. You will find everything you need in the kitchen for a home cooked meal, fully equipped with the latest gadgets and appliances.

Sleeping Nook: Twin-over-twin bunk beds. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Laketown Wharf offers THE Resort style vacation, from the five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature golf, an on-site market/bistro, on-site dining options and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, to weddings and other group functions. There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street.
Phenomenal setting offering panoramic elevators, you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas-style fountain show every night.

Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee
A one-time fee of $103.66 will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods
