This is home sleeps 10. There are three bedrooms, a loft with two beds, and a separate cabin with a queen bed on the property.

Definitely coming back

Our family had a great time staying here. The accommodations were just right; the location was perfect. The peacefulness and quiet was really nice, and the river was a real bonus.

Our Favorite Stay!!

This home and location is unbeatable. Our family (9 of us) spent three nights here and it couldn’t have been better. The home is right on the river so we could fish from right outside the back door. There is also a hot tub right on the river and a fire pit that we enjoyed sitting around each night. The top deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening dinners, with the relaxing sounds of the flowing river in the background at all times. The kitchen is fully stocked; we bought groceries beforehand and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals there together as a family. The hosts are very accommodating, the beds are comfy, the home is clean, the location is prime…I cannot say enough good things. We will absolutely be back!

Lovely Stay in Crested Butte

I stayed here with my sisters and partner in early June to celebrate my 40th birthday. We were wowed by the gorgeous, spacious interior, exposed wood, plentiful natural light, and incredible rive views. The property manager was very responsive and gave us a great recommendation for where to spot wildflower superbloom. Be aware that the owner requires an in-person check-in, and that although this place could comfortably sleep about 8-9, it is not a party house. It is located in a small residential community of locals and quiet hours start at 9pm. Lovely stay overall!

Beautiful Property w/Great Location

We rented this home for our annual family getaway that we do since my Dad passed. This trip is so important to my family, which as you know where you stay can make or break a trip. This home was perfect for us. The location is great, stunning views and conveniently close to town. The home itself was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. There is a loft area that we were unaware was accessed only by ladder. We did have to do a little switching around of couples and sleeping arrangements, but it worked out. It is great for kids, my nieces absolutely loved it. The kitchen is well stocked, we were able to cook every meal and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and linens fresh. Plenty of towels for showering as well as towels for hot tub use. The fire pit was such a fun plus to this rental. We used almost every night. There was something so soothing about a fire outside with the sound of the river close by. We absolutely LOVED it. We made so many great memories on this trip. I highly recommend this home. Lauren was our contact person and was a huge part of why this trip was so great. She made herself available to address any and all issues. She was amazing. Rent this home! You will not regret it.
