Great cape style home on the river in Errol, NH. Cozy and comfortable located about 1/2 mile from the ATV trails. All the comforts of home in the North Woods with tons of trails for hiking, biking and riding. Take a spin on the river in a kayak or relax in the hammock listening to the sounds of nature. Beautiful porch with hot tub overlooking the river. Excellent space for relaxing and melting away stress while having all the comforts of home including wifi, tv and air conditioning. Large circular driveway for trailers. Local restaurants and shopping two miles away and the Balsams Resort is about 15 minutes away. ATV trails take you from here to Colebrook, Pittsburgh and Rangeley ME. Sleeps up to 8 guests.

Beautiful House in the woods of NH

We loved our stay at Kamp Kimberly! Greydon was great to work with he was there by phone if I needed anything but left us to enjoy ourselves. There were so many touches in the house that made our stay enjoyable. The hot tub was a big plus, nice deck, grill, corn hole, super comfortable living room and tons of comfortable beds. House was set up great for cooking lots of meals. There are so many outdoor activities from side by side trails, kayaking, river tubing, fishing, hiking, and house itself is situated next to a beautiful stream in the backyard. It was down the street from a delicious cafe as well as L. L. Cote for anything we needed quick. It’s 45 min to Bethel Maine for tubing, mini golf, brewery and many shops. Errol NH is such a great accessible place to enjoy all the wilderness has to offer. We loved our stay thank you Greydon!!!

Wish we could have stayed longer

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kamp Kimberly. Loved the jacuzzi, the quiet location, the beauty, the river. The house/cabin was so perfect for our family with plenty of room and everything to make us comfortable. We hope to come again.

A Beary Good Time

From the decor to the cleanliness this was a 10 out of 10. Greydon was quick to respond when a question was asked. Our stay was great and the property is extremely relaxing and well maintained. We were rained in for most of our stay but enjoyed the board games and access to tv shows. The neighborhood was quite and the listing didn’t do Kamp Kimberly justice. It truly felt like home for us and we are grateful for that.

We live in Conway NH and bought this home for snowmobiling. We hope you can enjoy it in the summer when we do not use it as much. We hope you like the house as much as we do. That being said, don't break our house and treat it like something special. :)

The neighborhhod is quiet and rural. We chose this area due the quiet atmosphere and location to trails and surounding communities.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We spent a lot of time making sure it had the amenties we appreciate and desire. A/C and the the hot tub are just a couple examples. We also love the location next to river.
