Welcome to Patio Charm! This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage with a full kitchen and coffee bar. Relax in the living room and take in the view of the secluded beautiful backyard. The private charming cottage is located after you pass a walkway and a terrace.

You have an entire one-bedroom/one bath cottage overlooking the beautiful backyard in the most private and serene setting. Truly the ideal place to disconnect in the most centrally located area.

THE ENTIRE COMPOUND — The entire compound features two Separate and Secluded stays: “Brick Charm”, and “Patio Charm”.

(1) “Brick Charm”-Entire 3 Bedroom/2bath house.
(2) “Patio Charm”-Entire 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Apartment.

Together the entire compound has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably in total! When you have a large party seeking a comfortable stay, you are in for a great treat with what the entire compound can offer. Please feel free to book both of these units.

THE PARKING — Driveway parking is reserved for “Brick Charm” Guests. Ample street parking is available for “Patio Charm”.

Needs major improvement

The absolute worst stay we have ever had. We use Vrbo or AB&B at all our away stays we stopped using hotels a very long time ago. This is the first bad review I have ever left. I would hate someone to have to go through what we did. Starting with checkin host did not seem to care much that at 3pm a hr past check in time the house reeked of Marijuana there was a bag of garbage left in the living room and a dirty mop pad left on the bedroom floor. All we got was im sorry the cleaning lady might not be finished typed back. Check in was for 2pm you would think it would be ready. We had to ask for towels because there was none.There was no care that we were having trouble to start our stay. Starting in the kitchen: Only 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 forks, 2 spoons and 2 knives. 1 small frying pan that could cook an egg and one small baking pan. No ice trays to make ice. Dishes in cabinet dirty How do you cook in a place like this. You have nothing to put food in while cooking in one small pan. Bathroom: Toilet seat is ripped and scratches you every time you sit on it. Had to use our hand towel to put in front of shower to step out on. Bedroom: The bed is Awful you feel the springs and the metal bars of the frame. We slept sitting on the sofa 2nd night we even tried using sofa throws for comfort and nope that was just as bad. Living room: There is a 2x2 foot spot where if you step you feel like your falling through the floor. This host needs to the problems before it rents again
