Latitude Adjustment offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably. The first bedroom includes a king bed with an attached private bathroom, the second bedroom has a king bed with a shared bathroom, and the bunk room features two sets of bunk beds, sleeping four. Additionally, a pull-out couch in the living room provides extra sleeping space for two more guests. The large back porch, complete with comfortable outdoor seating and a gorgeous fireplace, is perfect for relaxing evenings.

One of the standout features for guests at Latitude Adjustment is access to Pickle Bow, a covered pickleball court that offers both comfort and convenience for players. This modern facility is equipped with overhead lights for night games, large ceiling fans for air circulation, and a high-quality sound system for entertainment. Court rentals come with free pickleball paddles and balls, and guests have complimentary access to eight hours of court time each day.

Located less than 15 minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River, and Hochatown, Latitude Adjustment combines convenience with a sense of seclusion. Being just south of the major traffic and backups in Hochatown, you can quickly reach and check into your cabin if you're coming from the south or west. We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow dogs 25 lbs or less with a 2 pet maximum. Larger breeds must be approved by the management team. Non refundable pet deposit required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.
