Located at 6172 W. Fox Rd, Mears with a beautiful cherry orchard to the North. Very quiet, peaceful setting. On approximately 2 acres with a large grassy yard, picnic area, gas grill, charcoal grill and fire pit. Ample parking for at least 3 trucks with trailers. Easy in-and-out for oversized vehicles.

Cottage is newly remodeled, very clean and sleeps 8 people, with 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom had 4 twin beds, 1 bedroom had 1 Queen bed and one has a double bed. Cottage has 2 bathrooms, both with showers. Living room, sitting room and kitchen fully supplied to prepare all your family summertime meals. Large bottom freezer refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, air conditioning/heat, 2 smart TV/Wi-Fi, additional tv with dvd player.

Have fun at the cottage with the kids too! During downtime, there is a basketball hoop and plenty of yard to set up volleyball net, throw ball, bring sidewalk chalk, watch movies on rainy days and play games. Get ready to head out!! Straight shot, easy to get to in less than 5 minutes to Silver Lake Sand Dunes for all the fun! Climb the dunes, ride the dunes, swim in Silver Lake or Lake Michigan, mini golf, go karts, boat rentals, souvenir shopping and dune rides.

Cottage does not come with linens, but they can be added as guest option for additional charge of $120.

If not added, you will need sheets and pillowcases for four twin beds, 1 queen and 1 double, as well as kitchen and bathroom towels and washcloths.
