This exceptional short-term rental offers a secluded escape with its two beautiful buildings, three cozy bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a refreshing swimming pool. Prepare to immerse yourself in nature's bounty while enjoying modern comforts and endless opportunities for relaxation and exploration. You have endless opportunities for exploration and adventure within the 5 surrounding acres only (the buildings outside of the guest suites are not available for guests). Immerse yourself in birdwatching or simply revel in the serenity of the lush surroundings.

-Two Charming Buildings - This unique property consists of two separate buildings, providing ample space and privacy for you and your guests. The main building was built in the late 1800's, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen, while the second building offers additional accommodations including a mini kitchen!

-3 bedrooms, 3 Baths - In total we sleep six in king-size beds throughout, plush linens and each have their own full-size bathroom!

-Entertainment- Smart TV, lots of board games and even outdoor games like the Texas favorite, Cornhole!

-Cook your meals on the BBQ or in our fully equipped kitchen - including our signature Kitchenaid Mixer, Coffee Maker, Crock Pot, Popcorn Maker and plenty of bakeware, dishware, wine glasses, and more!

-Outdoor Oasis: Step outside and be greeted by a private outdoor oasis. Lounge by the sparkling swimming pool, basking in the sun or taking refreshing dips to beat the summer heat. Relax on comfortable lounge chairs or gather around the outdoor dining area for meals.

* We are pet-friendly for 2 doggies but require you to let us know and pay an additional fee of $150 and agree to our pet rules.

* No Smoking Allowed Inside!
* No Parties! Events must be disclosed with approval.
* Must adhere to local burn ban ordinances
* Cameras present on exterior entrances, NEVER facing inside. The cameras record when motion is detected.
* There is another cabin on the property that has a long-term renter. You may see it when walking, It does not take away the privacy of this property.

Property Damage Protection
Included in your rental rate, our coverage safeguards you against accidental damages up to $1500, ensuring your relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.

NOTICE: The pipes running the water supply to the house will freeze during extreme cold snaps and prolonged freezing temperatures. Due to this, we will have to turn off the water to the house when it is expected to not rise above freezing temps during the day (which is rare, but may occur). Please note that if this happens and a guest requests a cancellation with a refund we will happily override our cancellation policy and provide a refund of any unused nights and all fees if the guest does not check in at all.
