Great location; had all we needed. Loved having the full size washer and dryer. Easy access to pools and beach and they get busy, but neither were ever uncomfortably crowded even on a holiday weekend. Bikini Bob's on the resort has very reasonably priced food and drinks, as well. People are all very friendly and we had a great time with our young kids!The only thing that bothered us was not related to the apartment or hosts, but more with the resort. There was a regular smell of both cigarette and marijuana smoke around the property. They have designated smoking areas, but we often smelled it at the pool, on our balcony, etc.. It wasn't constant, but it's worth noting if you're sensitve to smoke like me and one of my kids are. Otherwise we loved it and will definitely be back!

Great Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Everything was great other than there was no blankets on the beds there was only a thin sheet with wasn’t enough.

Room was as advertised, more or less. Nothing was mentioned about any construction work going on, found out upon arrival, as part of the balcony had a big temporary railing, ropes hanging from above etc. non stop construction noises from 9-5 everyday. That was in my room might I add. On top of that one of the pools was closed and the hot tubs due to the construction. There’s also very annoying security that are obsessive about wristbands. Overall the place was decent, great for an affordable stay. Main bad thing was just that I wasn’t made aware of the construction noise and clutter at all beforehand and was left to find out when I got there.

perfect location on the beach with access to dining, shopping, short drive to St. Andrews. Clean well maintained. Pools great!! Bikini Bob's nice. Security staff did a nice job of keeping it family friendly. Hope to be back!!

Super clan and updated condo

The condo was super clean and newly updated. Amazing view. The property was clean. Security was present . The restaurant on site, Bikini Bob's, has really good food. Overall it was a great place to stay. Hope to be back soon.

This property was clean & newly renovated. Great view of the Gulf. You can’t hear your neighbors. We had a slight issue with not enough sheets & the dishwasher wouldn’t drain but it was quickly rectified. Great communication from the property management company. I would definitely stay again!

Great stay

Place is perfect for 2 people and had plenty of room 2 adults but with kids not so sure. Great view of the Gulf from the 14th floor. You can see all the marine life swimming up and down the coast. Close to good eats and entertainment. Only negative we have is that the hot water runs out to fast during showers. Didn’t watch much TV so really don’t know about that stuff.

Dont stay any higher then the 5th floor The elavator were very slow. We were on the 14th floor. Great view of the ocean tho.The room furniture was old and broken. We will not be staying at the Summit anymore. Beach was too crowded

Such a Great Vacation

Our family loved the condo! You got the best of both worlds, the beach and pool. It was very centrally located and easy to get to. We loved that there were so many amenities on site and that they did movie night, karaoke, and music by the pool. We had so much fun!!! The condo was well kept and updated. There was some minimal damage on chairs outside on the patio, but we just didn't use them. Our whole family agree this was the best vacation we've had and we look forward to coming back!

The kitchen and bath cabinets were replaced, but stopped at the shower. The couch was the biggest issue, not the one in the pictures, and the one in condo is stained, multiple spots. This was bad enough that my wife refused to even sit on it without a sheet. The area rug needs to be tossed. Paint and cabinets were very nice. Just a little short of being at the level of a few hundred dollars would have taken it too. Not hating on the condo, but "newly remodeled" is what i was expecting. New rug and couch, i would give it a 5 star. One of the men's and women's restrooms by the pool was shut down, and looks like it has been for a while. Bikini Bob's, food was great, and a lot of it.

SUMMIT NEEDS UPGRADES!!

Lots of trash laying around outside. Elevators didn’t work half the time and and felt like being on saunas while riding them. Building needs major upgrades, paint, cleaning, etc. Condo deck didn’t have chairs outside that were advertised.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. The Summit is a very popular resort and people book it again and again. It has some of the best amenities in Panama City Beach. Huge pool deck, great tiki bar, Bikini Bob's Restaurant on premises. Doesn't sound like it was for you, but a lot of people love it. This condo is one of the most popular we have. Thank you!

The view

The view from this condo was wonderful! Everything you ever wanted from an ocean view ! The bad part! This was supposed to be a fully quipped condo-far from it! This condo looked like someone had come in and cleaned it out! Plus it was not cleaned before we arrived so dusty and dirty bathrooms! But the good news is the management staff took care of or replaced items that broke like the dishwasher!!!There is still no storage bowls or mixing bowls ( I bought my own and brought them home with me)or a sheet pan that you can use. Just be careful with is condo. The resort itself is very nice, great pools and beautiful beaches so really that is all that matters!

August Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good few issues with property.1. The TV remote did not work in the living room. Batteries dead. Called maintenance, could not help. Called tech number, surprisingly he showed up on Sunday. Fix remote, got TV running. Turn out instruction left in condo were out of date. Tech showed us how to operate TV, checked Bedroom ok there. 2. Small coffee pot will not work properly. Had to raise spring to get water to flow into pot. Failing grade. Condo was clean
