Conveniently located mere feet from the marina and plenty of local fishing spots, enjoy easy proximity to many local parks, including Kelly Hamby Nature Trail Park, Jamaica Beach City Park, and Galveston Island Park. After a day of touring or playing on the beach, lounge about the sparkling on-site pool for some much-needed you-time. At the end of the day, enjoy cocktails or your favorite beverage on the balcony or under the house patio to marvel at the breathtaking sunsets.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a charming beach vibe throughout the well-appointed living area. The open-concept floor plan was designed with togetherness in mind so that no conversation would be lost. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a favorite movie on the large TV, or serving brunch on the expansive balcony. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, a floating breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Plush, comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
An outdoor shower is provided; please rinse off after returning from the beach.
Marina does not offer access to a boat launch.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
