Currently, we are in the process of adding a fence and outdoor deck & grill space for the peaceful enjoyment of a family with kids and pets. While there may be other Fishers properties listed for short term rental, this property is the only one that is going through the city's permitting process to obtain a special exception permit for short term rental.
