The Chef of the house will love the open concept kitchen with Viking appliances or choose to grill on the newly installed Fire Magic grill conveniently located next to the pizza oven in the courtyard. Beside the kitchen is an ocean view indoor dining and a comfy living room just steps to the unique clam shaped pool with views to the beach. This home offers all principal king size suites with separate bathrooms, and private balconies and ocean views. Private pool heated to 86 degrees.

An upscale, quiet community, Pedregal is a prestigious development in Cabo San Lucas. A coastal area with stunning ocean views, cobbled stone streets, and tiled-roof architecture. Known as the Hollywood Hills of Cabo San Lucas, Pedregal features some of the finest homes on the entire Baja Peninsula. Homes in Pedregal are a mixture of luxury beachfront resorts, upscale condominiums, private villas and gravity-defying mansions set along the cliffs and slopes along the coast. Many residents choose to travel into town for a night out while others prefer staying close to home. PLEASE NOTE: due to a strong undertow, swimming is strictly forbidden along this stretch of beach. Also, there are two friendly neighborhood cats who sometimes visit guests in the common areas however they are not allowed indoors.

HOUSE RULES:
1. We do not host bachelor or bachelorette parties. The primary renter must be at least 25 years or older.
2. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. If there are fines assessed through the HOA, they will be 100% the responsibility of the guest and can be deducted from your damage deposit.
3. Excessive outdoor noise including screaming, yelling, and the use of loud music and profanity is prohibited at all times. Please observe community quiet hours from 10PM – 9AM.
4. Please treat this villa as you would your own home. We wish to remind our guests that many full-time residents live in this community. We ask that you extend common courtesy and abide by house rules.
5. Security personnel strictly enforces these rules. Violating these rules may result in fines of $1,000 to $5,000 USD and can result in arrest and or eviction from the rental property.
6. Parties and events must be pre-approved and may be subject to extra fees.
7. Smoking, public nudity, drones and pets are prohibited.
8. While Pedregal beach is beautiful, be aware that there is a dangerous undertow, riptides, and very strong waves. Pedregal Beach is not swimmable. Always stay alert and keep your distance from the shoreline.
