This is a stunning well appointed luxury home! It is located10 minutes to the airport and downtown Sacramento. Has an amazing outodoor living area with a pool, hot tub, 2 firepits, firetable with 3 outdoor TV's and 3 sitting areas. You will feel like your at your own private resort! Has a one of a kind game room on the lower level equipped with a golf simulator, darts and a pinball machine. There is a room downstairs with a 1/2 bath. This home is perfect for corporations that need to house mutliple employees as it has a fully functional office downstairs and a small office area upstairs at the landing. There is also a large bonus room upstairs with an oversized sectional, largeTV and a small refrigerator. The master suite is upstairs that has a stand alone shower, bath tub and bidet. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a worlkout room that can accomodate 2 twin beds and there is a full bathroom upstairs. You will not regret that you chose this home it does not dissappoint!

Property was great! Owner was super accommodating, we had last minute cancelation of another property for pool issues and Alysia was not only able to accommodate us last minute but let us check in early! She saved my son’s graduation from being very stressful to having a great relaxing time. The house is very accommodating for families! Thanks so much for all your help!

Awesome Stay

Beautiful property, this place was very clean and offered great amenities. Had a family gathering and this place was perfect. A Lot of space and very clean plus modern appliances. Thee pool and hot were the main attractions. Definitely worth the drive and cost. Host was nice and very accommodating I give the host and property 5 stars

Great entertainment area!

This house was exactly what we needed to house our entire extended family. The house is well equipped for entertaining and spending quality time together. Was a little caught off guard that the house is fully utilized as a primary home (personal pictures, fridge with food, shower items left) and there were a few stains on pillow cases and the beds in a few of the spare rooms were not comfortable but other than that the hosts were very nice and mainly responsive. Most of our time was spent in the pool/hot tub and living area outside. Great space if you are planning to stay with a larger group!
