This tropical paradise sleeps 2 people and is the perfect place for couples to relax and enjoy your next vacation to the Fort Lauderdale area with a gas heated pool and a 6 ft privacy fence. Internet is available. Our cottage is recently updated and very clean. Please contact Mike for great discounts at 618-401-1722.

With respect to our neighbors, this cottage is not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. This property is intended for mature adults. We do not rent to under 30 year of age. This is a non smoking property. Please contact Mike about pets at 618-401-1722.

We are located in the most prestigious area of south east Florida that is about 1.5 miles from the famous Fort Lauderdale beach and the trendy shops and restaurants in downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Blvd, New river that connects to the Intracoastal Waterway and the beautiful Atlantic ocean. The Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is only 10 minutes away. Miami International Airport (MIA) is 30 minutes away.

Fort Lauderdale is the gateway to the Everglades, you're only minutes away from fine restaurants, night life, shopping, Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood Hotel & casino, site seeing, water excursions. snokeling, diving, sailing, deep sea fishing, jet sking, surfing, shelling, cruise ships departing from Port Everglades to the Bahamas & etc. biking, tennis, golfing, horse racing.

Cleaning fee is $195.00 and refundable $500.00 deposit

Deception

I arrived to the house and stayed 12 days... Bed was a horrible lumpy disaster! I asked about the heated pool because the pool was cold (heated pool was the only reason I booked here) Then when asked about the heat, Mike the owner got ignorant saying it's not a hot tub . He was being rude about any and all questions we asked about. My husband and I are in our 60's and our vacation at this place was miserable. Check out was at 11 and he called and woke us up at 8:30am to tell us we needed to be out of the home before he gets there to clean (which was within an hour window). I have grandchildren who wanted to come visit me since I was in town and the owner threatened to cal the police if my grandchildren didn't leave right away. This property has cameras, so he can watch you as you are trying to enjoy your vacation. Shame on the owner of this property!

Nice but we had accusations

Very nice property from the start. Location & pool were great. Bed was horrible ,if you want to sleep on a single piece of memory foam with no box spring. Ac unit was not enough to cool the bed room. (no central ac- only a wall unit in living room ). Coffee maker did not brew right. On top of this, 3 days after check out we were told by the owners we owed them $300 for damages that we did not do. We disputed this with Vrbo & was told by the owner Suzette she would sue us. I would be cautious of staying here.

Great Cottage

We stayed for a week in February. Pool was warm, cottage was immaculate and comfortable. Conveniently located to the local “ scene” and beaches. I would recommend this property and would stay again ! :)
